Customer Service Excellence
The Customer Service Excellence Award program was established by cable television professionals in 1986 to recognize and award customer care excellence in the cable television industry. Established as a nonprofit program supported by entry fees, this annual program is managed by volunteer marketing and customer service professionals in the cable industry.

Eligibility
Customer Care Professionals are nominated by system managers, supervisors or trainers for Excellence Award recognition. Each CCP is allowed two entries per year. The six categories available for nomination are sales, retention, upgrade sales, billing, repair/service, and extra mile.
Nominations are encouraged from all CCPs (Customer Care Professionals) who have contact with customers. CCPs may include but are not limited to: dispatchers, services techs, customer service representatives, direct sales, installers, supervisors and managers. To be eligible for nomination a CCP must consistently show excellence in attitude, professionalism, team cooperation, productivity, attendance, and responsibility.
